The Agri. 50 km energizers can be powered with a battery or by mains, making them handy and adaptable depending on your needs.
Most of the energizers use Nemtek APT technology, which ensures maximum power is delivered to the electric fence while minimising power losses along the fence line.
With APT the energizer responds to changing environmental factors (such as changes in weather and vegetation growth on the fence), and adapts to the changing needs of the fence by maximising fence power and efficiency.

LIGHTNING DIVERTER (R102,30)
Lightning and power surge are the most common cause of electronic failure to energizers. Lightning protection built into the units to help reduce the possibility of damage. Additional external lightning protection reduces the likelihood of surge coming through the fence wires and the mains supply into the energizer thus assisting in the protection of the energizer. Lightning kits help divert any power surge that may occur on the fence line away from the energizer and into the ground.
LIGHTNING DIVERTER (R329,30)
ELECTRIC FENCE EARTH SPIKE (R50,00)
Earth spike/stake is used to earth the electric fence system.
Knock 3 earth spikes/ stakes into the ground near the electric fence at a minimum of 1.5 m apart and connect these earth spikes/stakes to the energizer using the high tension insulated cable (HT).
In areas where earthing conditions are bad you may be required to add a few more earth spikes/stakes along the fence line and connect these back to the energiser.
FERRULE (R70,40)
The ferrules are used to join and electrically connect cables and wires permanently.This is a high security wire connection because it cannot be removed.

The mini nylon Titan tensioner is used when the fence needs to be tensioned after installation, especially when the system needs maintenance due to sagging wires.
The mini nylon tensioners offer the following features:

ideal for tensioning up to 1.2 mm galvanised or stainless steel wires, and up to 1.6 mm aluminium wire

The lugs are used with the stays.
Metal lugs which are used for the 8 mm and 10 mm stays
Plastic lugs which are used for the 10 mm stays.The plastic lugs are available in black and white.
The stays are used to further strengthen the end/corner posts which are under tension. The lug can be bent to fit onto the side or on top of the wall.Stay sleeves can be added to electrically insulate these stays with built in lugs from the electric fence wires.

Brackets are made to a high standard to maximise security and long life in the field. The bracket forms an integral and very important part of security electric fence. The level of security achieved is directly affected by the choice of bracket, the number of wires forming the electrical barrier and the distance between the brackets.

These posts can be used as corners or as end straining posts in free-standing electric fences. The round posts are concreted into the ground and secured by 2 stays at 90 degree angles for corner applications. The round posts only require one stay in the direction of the wire tension in an end post application.

HYBRID NYLON TENSIONER OR COMPRESSION SPRING LIMITER
The hybrid nylon tensioners offer what the compression spring and the mini nylon titan have to offer in one easy to use system.

a mini titan to tension any slack that has been created over time

ENERGIZER BATTERY (R210,00)
The 12 V 7A/H, 12A/H and 28A/H battery is sealed and rechargeable.These are lead acid maintenance free batteries.
They can be used in a solar powered system in order to store the energy received from the solar panels and supply the load ( equipment that has to do the work i.e energizer,gate motor,a pump etc.) for the periods when there is no or not enough sun available to power the system.
These batteries are also ideal to power up the Agri 10 km solar energizer and other energ (sold separately, battery leads included)

The heavy duty nylon tensioner is a tension system and an insulator all in one.

FENCE OFFSET BRACKETS
Used when the earth conditions are bad, this allows the bracket to carry both a live (hot) wire and an earth wire to where it is needed. By utilising the strength and rigidity of an existing fence it will thus reduce the costs of the electric fence system. They are generally used for animal control and are available in 4 mm galvanised high tensile steel.These offset brackets can be used with the porcelain and or plastic insulator.
COMBO TENSIONER WITH PLASTIC INSULATOR
The combo tensioner with a plastic insulator is a tension system all in one.The combination of the plastic insulator and the galvanised body reduces material cost and installation time.
It offers the following features:

Can tension from a 1.2 mm wire up to 2.5 mm wire, making it very versatile

NAIL ON INSULATORS (BOBBIN)
The nail on insulators are screwed onto metal brackets or wooden posts.
The nail on insulators have the following features:

INTERMEDIATE INSULATOR
This wooden post intermediate insulator is fastened to your wooden posts and is used to secure the horse electric fence poly tape in place. It is used along the fence between the end and corner post insulator. It is only used on straight runs.
The robust design secures the tape in place. White in colour for higher visibility to the horse.The horse now knows where the electric fence is situated and should tend to avoid it.This model is ideal for the wide 40 mm tape and although it can take the 12 mm poly tape, it is recommended that the 12mm tape be used with our thick wire rope insulator which is another option to contain horses
FENCE LINE CLAMPS
The line clamps are used to join and electrically connect cables, wires and poly ropes. The line clamp ensures that a good electrical connection is maintained between the joints so that the electric fence functions correctly.
Can connect wire diameters from 1.6 mm to a 3 mm.
Used to connect under gate cable and electric fencing.
ELECTRIC FENCE WARNING SIGN
Warning signs must be placed along the fence line to warn of the existence of an electrified fence. These must be placed at 10m intervals along the fence, at gate ways or whenever there is a change of direction. Wire clips on the warning sign reduce installation time.
BOBBIN INSULATOR (WHEEL BOBBIN)
Bobbin insulators are used with the offset brackets and Y-standards where fire is not a concern.
These insulators are large and robust.
They are available in black and white only.
STRAIN INSULATOR(JUMBO)
Strain insulators are used at the beginning or at the end of an electric fence wire run. The strain insulator - Jumbo is suitable for fence wire diameters up to 2.0 mm and a working load of 30 kgs.These strainers are available in black,white and red. Only virgin materials are used in their manufacture which are designed for a long life. They allow for larger creepage distance to reduce power loss
