Refund and Cancellation Policy

At CC Systems, we strive to provide quality products and professional service. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
1. Cancellations
Services
- Service bookings may be cancelled before work has commenced and, where payment has been made in advance, a full refund will be issued.
- If work has already commenced or materials have been specially ordered for the job, cancellation may be subject to reasonable charges for labour performed and costs already incurred.
Product Orders
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or collection.
- Special-order or custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation once ordered from suppliers.
2. Returns and Refunds
Defective Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not perform as intended, customers should contact us as soon as possible. Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Non-Defective Products
Returns of non-defective products may be accepted at our discretion, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- The product is returned within a reasonable time.
Special-order items, installed products, and products that have been damaged through misuse may not be eligible for return.
3. Workmanship Guarantee
If a customer is dissatisfied with our workmanship, we will inspect the issue and, where applicable, rectify faults related to our workmanship at no additional cost within the applicable warranty period.
4. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products supplied by CC Systems are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.
5. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and amicably. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly so that we can investigate and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
