Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 22 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and the provision of services by CC Systems. By purchasing products or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
General
CC Systems supplies, installs, repairs, and maintains gate motors, garage doors, intercoms, CCTV systems, and related products.
Quotations
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Acceptance of a quotation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
- Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.
- CC Systems reserves the right to suspend further work or the supply of goods in the event of overdue accounts.
- Interest and collection costs may be charged on overdue amounts where permitted by applicable law.
- Goods supplied remain the property of CC Systems until paid for in full.
Products and Services
- CC Systems will use reasonable care and skill to provide products and services in accordance with agreed specifications and timeframes.
- Estimated completion and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, weather conditions, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control shall not constitute a breach of contract.
Claims and Defects
- Customers should inspect goods and services upon delivery or completion.
- Any concerns regarding defective goods, shortages, or workmanship should be reported to CC Systems as soon as reasonably possible.
- We will investigate all claims and, where applicable, repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the issue in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable South African law.
Warranty
- Manufacturer warranties apply to products supplied where applicable.
- CC Systems warrants its workmanship for a reasonable period following installation or repair.
- Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage, power surges, lightning, flooding, acts of nature, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Liability
- CC Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of products or services supplied.
- Our liability shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product or service where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
